      凌源大德柱狀活性炭主要分為煤質柱狀活性炭和木質柱狀活性炭。

【煤質柱狀活性炭】

      大德煤質柱狀活性炭選用優質無煙煤為原料，采用先進工藝精制加工而成，外觀呈黑色圓柱狀顆粒；具有合理的孔隙結構，良好的吸附性能，機械強度高，易反復再生，造價低等特點；用于有毒氣體的凈化，廢氣處理，工業和生活用水的凈化處理，溶劑回收等方面。

煤質柱狀活性炭主要用途：

      1、溶劑回收、工業廢氣凈化、防護裝具、家裝空氣凈化、工廠及垃圾場的廢氣處理等方面。 

      2、用于在純凈水制造、電子廠用水處理、化工顏料用水處理、食品廠和制藥廠用水處理，以及污水廠生物載體、電廠原水凈化、飲用水凈化，中水回用等方面。   

      3、海水養殖，海水養殖育苗、以及冷庫保鮮、等領域中使用。

煤質柱狀活性炭參數指標：

【木質柱狀活性炭】 

      大德木質柱狀活性炭采用優質木屑、椰殼等為原料，經粉碎、混合、擠壓、成型、干燥、炭化、活化而制成的柱狀活性炭比傳統的煤質柱狀炭灰份低、雜質少、CTC占絕對優勢。產品孔徑分布合理，達到最大吸附與脫附，從而大大提高產品的使用壽命（平均2-3年），是普通煤質炭的1.4倍。

木質柱狀活性炭主要用途：

      1、氣相吸附。

      2、有機溶劑的回收 (苯系氣體甲苯，二甲苯， 醋酸纖維行業中丙酮的回收，粘膠短纖維生產中CS2的回收等。)

      3、雜質和有害氣體的祛除。

木質柱狀活性炭參數指標：

填充時注意事項:

      裝填時應先篩去因搬運產生的碎粒與粉塵。然后層層均勻鋪開，不得從進料孔處直接倒入，以免使大小顆粒裝填不均，最終造成氣體偏流，影響使用效果。裝填結束，開車前應先吹空，吹出活性炭表面粘附粉塵，避免開車后粉塵帶入后工段而影響正常生產。

包裝及運輸：

      25公斤編織袋包裝，內襯塑料薄膜，也可按客戶需求包裝，產品在貯存時應放置于陰涼干燥處，運輸過程中，防止與堅硬物質混裝，以防炭粒破碎，影響質量。防止包裝破損以免漏失或混入雜物，防水浸防油防火。
