      大德除油活性炭選用椰殼，果殼，無煙煤，木炭為原料，經(jīng)過原材料的篩選和干燥、配料和浸漬、裝盤進爐活化、回收、漂洗、離心脫水、干燥和粉磨而制成。具有機械強度高、形狀規(guī)整、粒度均勻、比表面積大及表面粉塵少的特點，且大孔、中孔、微孔、數(shù)量適當(dāng)，吸附速度快及床層阻力小。

      主要用于油田含油污水處理，工業(yè)含油工業(yè)循環(huán)水處理和生活用水及工業(yè)水處理工藝中去除油和懸浮固體技術(shù)要求。

      除油專用：果殼活性炭：1-2mm、2-4mm。

      油田除油用：煤質(zhì)、木質(zhì)柱狀活性炭強度92%。

      除油活性炭由于本身的硬度，理想的比重，多孔和多面性，并經(jīng)特殊的物理和化學(xué)處理(將其色素，脂肪，油脂，電付離子去除干凈)，使它在水中處理具有較強的除油性能，除固體微粒，易反洗等優(yōu)良性能，廣泛用于油田含油污水處理，工業(yè)廢水處理和民用水處理。是取代石英砂濾料，提高水質(zhì)，大幅度降低水處理成本的新一代濾料產(chǎn)品。

填充時注意事項：

      裝填時應(yīng)先篩去因搬運產(chǎn)生的碎粒與粉塵。然后層層均勻鋪開，不得從進料孔處直接倒入，以免使大小顆粒裝填不均，最終造成氣體偏流，影響使用效果。

包裝及運輸：

      運輸過程中，防止與堅硬物質(zhì)混裝，以防炭粒破碎，影響質(zhì)量。防止焦油類物質(zhì)  在使用過程中，應(yīng)禁止焦油類物質(zhì)帶入活性炭床，以免堵塞活性炭空隙，使其失去吸附作用，最好有除焦設(shè)備凈化氣體。
