椰殼活性炭簡介：

椰殼活性炭是以優(yōu)質(zhì)椰子殼為原料，經(jīng)系列生產(chǎn)工藝精加工而成。外觀為黑色，呈顆粒狀，具有空隙發(fā)達、吸附性能好、強度高、易再生、經(jīng)濟耐用等優(yōu)點。

椰殼活性炭用途：

椰子殼活性炭廣泛應(yīng)用于工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的各個方面，如石化行業(yè)的無堿脫臭（精制脫硫醇）、乙烯脫鹽水（精制填料）、催化劑載體（鈀、鉑、銠等）、水凈化及污水處理；電力行業(yè)的電廠水質(zhì)處理及保護；化工行業(yè)的化工催化劑及載體、氣體凈化、溶劑回收及油脂等的脫色、精制；食品行業(yè)的飲料、酒類、味精母液及食品的精制、脫色；黃金行業(yè)的黃金提取、尾液回收；環(huán)保行業(yè)的污水處理、廢氣及有害氣體的治理、氣體凈化；以及相關(guān)行業(yè)的香煙濾嘴、木地板防潮、吸味、汽車汽油蒸發(fā)污染控制，各種浸漬劑液的制備等。

椰殼活性炭特點：

椰殼活性炭具有多面性和微孔性，截污能力強，去除油和懸浮能力高，有親水不親油和適宜的比重，易反洗，再生能力強，其經(jīng)特殊處理，不易腐蝕，不用更換濾料，每年只補充10%，簡省維修和維修時間，利用率高。

技術(shù)參數(shù)：

椰殼活性炭炭化過程：

一，炭化，將原料在170 至600的溫度下干燥，同量將其80%有機組織炭化。

二，活化，將已炭化好的炭化料送入反應(yīng)爐中，與活化劑和水蒸氣反應(yīng)，完成其活化過程，制成成品。在吸熱反應(yīng)過程中，主要產(chǎn)生CO及H2組合氣體，用以將炭化料加熱至適當(dāng)?shù)臏囟?800至 1000度)，除去其所有可分解物，產(chǎn)生豐富的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)及巨大的比表面積，使椰殼活性炭具有很強的吸附力。

活性炭包裝：

25kg/袋，內(nèi)塑外編雙層包裝，出口產(chǎn)品也可用噸袋包裝，也可根據(jù)客戶需要訂做，包裝可印刷客戶提供資料。

Coconut shell activated carbon carbonization process:
The first step is to carbonization, drying raw materials at 170 to 600, and carbonization of 80% organic tissues at the same time.
The second step is to activate the carbonized material which has been carbonized in the first step into the reaction furnace and react with the activator and steam to complete the activation process and produce the finished product. In the process of endothermic reaction, CO and H2 combined gases are mainly produced to heat the carbonized material to the appropriate temperature (800 to 1000 degrees), to remove all the decomposable substances, and to produce a rich pore structure and a huge specific surface area, so that the coconut shell activated carbon has a strong adsorption capacity.
Activated carbon packaging:
The 25kg/ bag is lined with two layers of outer plastic package. The export products can also be packed in ton bags, and can also be made according to the needs of customers.
