填充時注意事項：
裝填時應先篩去因搬運產生的碎粒與粉塵。然后層層均勻鋪開，不得從進料孔處直接倒入，以免使大小顆粒裝填不均，最終造成氣體偏流，影響使用效果。
包裝及運輸：
運輸過程中，防止與堅硬物質混裝，以防炭粒破碎，影響質量。防止焦油類物質 在使用過程中，應禁止焦油類物質帶入活性炭床，以免堵塞活性炭空隙，使其失去吸附作用，最好有除焦設備凈化氣體。
