我司坐落于山東高密, 中國(guó)最大巾被產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)基地之一。我司可以進(jìn)行毛巾織造，染整，印花，縫紉，包裝在內(nèi)的所有工序。 擁有包括20臺(tái)提花和36臺(tái)多臂織機(jī)在內(nèi)的共56臺(tái)進(jìn)口津田駒噴氣織機(jī),能生產(chǎn)各種復(fù)雜組織和不同工藝的毛巾產(chǎn)品,月生產(chǎn)能力300噸. 同時(shí),我們的染整能力突出，這在很大程度上可以幫助我們進(jìn)行顏色和手感的品質(zhì)控制。在縫紉和包裝上，我們有先進(jìn)的縫紉和檢針設(shè)備,以及技術(shù)熟練的工人。同時(shí)配備專業(yè)的檢驗(yàn)人員來(lái)控制在此環(huán)節(jié)中產(chǎn)品的的縫紉和含輔料在內(nèi)的包裝的檢驗(yàn),以提前預(yù)化質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的發(fā)生。另外,我們使用以光伏太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電的電力，成本是普通工業(yè)用電的一半。這可以幫助我們控制成本，提供質(zhì)優(yōu)價(jià)廉的產(chǎn)品 。.現(xiàn)在，我們除了在日本市場(chǎng)上給內(nèi)野，朝日等客戶供貨外，也給歐美市場(chǎng)上的TARGET, TJX提供產(chǎn)品. 同時(shí)，我們也為POLO, MUJI, ADIDAS等著名品牌提供產(chǎn)品。 Our Company is located in Gaomi, Shandong Province, China, one of the largest towel base in China. Our company can proceed the weaving, dying and finishing, printing, sewing and packaging for towel production. We have 36 imported Tsudakoma air-jet looms, including 20 Jacquard looms and 16 dobby looms. So we can weave towel with complex & different techniques and with 200Tons/month’s production capacity. We are still very strong at dying and finishing, that will help us to control the color and hand feel better. For the sewing and packing, we have advanced sewing machines and needle-inspection machine, and the workers are very skilled. At the same time, there will special person who is responsible for the production quality and the packaging quality. That will help us control the sewing and packing (including packaging) quality better, to avoid any quality mistake in advance. Another, we are using the electronic power from our own photovoltaic Solar, the cost is just a half the general electronic power. That will help us to control the lower cost and supply the lower price and high quality towel production. Currently, we supply towels production to Uchino, ASAHI.
